Virtual Tour

The International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) is the only entity in the world with legal status as an intergovernmental organization dedicated to Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies recognized by the United Nations.

Founded in 2005 following a joint agreement between the governments of Portugal and Spain, it currently houses more than 400 people of 35 nationalities and diverse scientific backgrounds.
